MTN false advertising and **********

Apply for a laptop deal online which was a laptop a router a laptop bag a mouse a Microsoft program 365 and when I received the deal I app**** for I only got the laptop and the router and a SIM card nothing else. I've been trying for 3 days to get the problem sorted out but nothing has happened. This is ********** and false advertising from MTN as every agent I've spoken to said to me it's while stocks last nowhere on the adverti*****t does it state that and the agent that took my all my details also did not inform me if I had known it I would have never have app**** for the contract now I'm sitting with the laptop that's useless with no programs do I only pay 20% on this contract as I only receive 20% of the goods are app**** 4. I have sent countless emails but no reply I have made many phone calls trying to sort the problem out I put in a days leave to cancel the problems out with no outcome make many phone calls just get transferred from person to person MTN seems to be ***** and ********** but I'm not leaving it there it does not sort it out in the next 24 hours I'll take them to court for false advertising and being ********** as I am only I will only pay 20% of the contract cuz that is what I received
