MTN false advertising and deals

I recieved a sms from MTN about a 1000 minute deal for 150 rand.You had to reply vb15 in a sms.No details of the deal was given duration month etc.I rep**** vb15 and immediately 150 was deducted and I recieved a sms that said 1000 minutes active for 7 days.I rarely phone and just wanted to see details of the deal.I never accepted the deal or confirmed the purchase! I immediately phoned them but after a hour still stuck at we can't help.I then went on their Facebook page explained over again was asked for a screenshot that it was a sms after another hour was told sorry you confirmed and agreed which I did not!I just rep**** to see details and never accepted or completed the deal.I e-mailed them but they never came back or rep****.Really not satisfied with the service all I wanted was to cancel this that I did not want or agreed to it was a sms!
