MTN False advertising

Wanted to upgrade today at Irene Mall MTN. On the booklet they advertise a Free Samsung active smart watch with the Samsung S20 phone. When my upgrade was almost done they say it will cost extra for the watch! I show them that it is advertise as free on the booklet but they just claim it was a misprint!!! WTH

Don't know who is in the wrong here? The Outlet or MTN SA?
