MTN False advertising

They sent me an email as their customer I qualify for early black Friday deals from the 11 November I called the no that was provided they said I must go to the store because they don't do home wifi over the phone I also wanted a laptop. I drove to Fourways mall on the 23 November and waited in a long queue only to be told the black Friday deals are still locked 🔒 they can't help me.

I went again after few days deals were still not active. I even showed them the email from mtn but they said there was nothing they can do. False adverti*****t and wasting my petrol money to go the store for a good 2 days and my time wasted on the queue for nothing after I've been with mtn for the longest time of my life and have 4 contracts with them.
