Mtn false advertising

I've ordered an s22 ultra and was one of the very first customers to pre order one, the deal was that i would get a new tablet and buds. After pre ordering I got a mail to say that i will be contacted close to the launch date. That never happened. Now they cannot find my application on the system, i have proof of the email that was sent when i pre ordered. They will not give me the tablet and buds as promised. Not my 1st experience with mtn, had a similar experience when i ordered my zflip 3 in November last year. Mtn does not keep to their promises, its pathethic.
