MTN - FALSE ADVERTISING

I took up an MTN SIM contract in July 2026 because of the advertised R500 Takealot voucher. The voucher was part of the reason I switched from Vodacom after many years — I wanted to get one for my daughter for her birthday too. To date I have not received the voucher and MTN is not responding to my queries. This feels like false advertising. Very disappointed in MTN’s service and lack of follow-up.
