MTN FALSE ADVERTISING.

<p>I have been using mtn contract since 2014, This year February it was my time to upgrade my contract.</p> <p>I got to MTN Boulders and i told them that its time for me to upgrade my headset because i have been getting sms's allarting me of the upgrade.</p> <p>I told the consultant that i want a phone that uses a Dual sim because i use 2 simcards so a phone with 2 sims inside would be a good to reduce load in my pocket. The consultant showed me the Huawei Mate 7 and refered it it to me and said it is a good phone, we even checked on the internet and made a comparison and i was happy with it because of the speed and fetures and the bonus part is that it showed dual sim.</p> <p>I took the phone as a upgrade,a month later i inserterted the 2nd sim card and it did not read i was worried. </p> <p>I called MTN the consultant told me that MTN has never sold a Dual Sim Phone ever. I was shocked i then went to MTN boulders where i took the upgrade no one could help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was Misinformed/Mislead/ MTN doesnt want to take responsibility for their Mistakes.</p>
