MTN false advertising

Been in talks with a couple of MTN employees (I have names and dates as well as emails with their complaints department) all of whom say they will escalate the matter, but that is the last you hear of them. recently selected an upgrade which comes with additional "free" speaker. upon finally receiving delivery (after much struggle) the speaker was not included. to add to the misery when i did the upgrade over the phone i was told there is only three of these packages available, and mine will incl all additions, (did my upgrade on the the 30th of Jan) yet MTN still advertises this deal in the Feb catalog. to date i have not received my Free Speaker!
