MTN false advertising
I'm was due for an upgrade since the 1st of January 2019 and I then see this advert of the Lenova laptop by MTN. I then go to MTN KNYSNA they tell me that the werehouse is closed so they can't order one for me at the moment. On the 8th of January I was in PE I then went to MTN in GREENACRES they told me the same thing that I my must wait until after the 10th. I did that and I still kept on seeing this advert on TV. When I came back from PE the consultant of MTN Knysna told me his still looking for the laptop I should just be patient with him. On Monday the 21st I then went back to MTN inKnysna and the guy said I should wait maybe by Thursday it should be in store. So today I went to MTN all to be told that they still looking. I then decide to call MTN myself and surprised as I was told that the is no laptop's all over. So this time MTN has been advertising something that they never had. Cause since the 1st of January I have been looking for this laptop and nothing. Mtn shouldn't be advertising this that they don't have that is false advertising. Hi Telkom I will be talking a contract with u now.
