MTN FALSE ADVERTISEMEMENT & UNPROESSIONAL

MTN store in Parow Centre which is upstairs, the sales lady Melany falsely advertised a product. Huwaei P30liye was advertised as a dual sim, she was told the phone was need especially the dual feature because the second SIM would be used for business, I'm an educator.

Once we got home with the phone the second slot in the phone didn't read my second SIM card. We went to the store and we asked her why doesn't it read my second SIM card, she said because it's not accessible on MTN network. I was confused because the phone was advertised as a dual sim phone, y didn't she inform us about this? She rudely said, well u didn't ask. How can we ask if it's advertised as a dual phone but once we get home we see that the product is not as how it was advertised. She didn't not inform us about this whatevsover I have a consumer right to choose if knowing the full details of the product, I didn't not get to choose, I was **** to, misinformed and falsey advertised to just so that she can make a sale. She was rude and screamed at us and told us we didn't ask, she kept on saying this and told us to leave, she did not want to give the mangers Michelle's email address when we asked for it.

I'm highly disappointed and will not leave it here. Phone is only 4 days old.
