RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE!!!

I have been falsely handed over to NuDebt by MTN for services rendered in an amount of R11,134.06?

I do not have any idea what or where they thumbsucked this amount as the Only service I have used of theirs was for the R250 internet package per month, and I have not even had it that long, and last I checked I was excessively in the credit.
