MTN **** rewards *******

I have been receiving a number of messages from mtn purporting that they are rewarding me for loyalty and blah blah blah . They then tell you to load x amount of airtime in order to get a reward, in my case , load 65 rands in order to get 1 gb free data, or dial *142# in order to opt in to this rewards scheme. after following all the instructions and being told at the next recharge of 65 rands you will be credited with said 1 gig , it never materializes, including today. I have phoned Mtn helpline 3 times now after this has happened , they have promised to get back to me after 24 to 48 hours which they have never. I never received said rewards and the worst is being **** to by a service provider. if they want users to up their airtime usage they should just say so instead of running this **** of **** rewards. maybe follow suit with cell c

good morning i think you didnt take the time to read my message before sending the response. the issue is stemming from the messages that mtn sends asking you to top up in order to receive a reward and that reward that they promise never comes. basically what is happening is mtn is running a scheme that is promising rewards , getting people to up their usage and not fulfilling their end of the bargain which is very *****ed and unacceptable for a large service provider like you.
