I app**** online for a prepaid mobile router and data. I made an payment online as requested of R 648. For the router and first month's data. As I do not have a Od book on hand (I'd book lost) dsv did not made delivery and MTN phoned and asked me why it's is returned. I explained and asked what happens now with my payment. The answer was that I was not suppose to pay before hand. Of which it does not make any sense as it was suppose to be prepaid. After numerous calls and transfers from one to another I finally spoke to a person called Nadine. After explaining she asked me to hold on and the line was cut and I was told that the number I phoned is a wrong number and that I should phone carefully
