MTN failure to protect their clients

MTN has allow someone to ***** my number by permitting sim swap over phone through self service without authentication.

The individual once completed sim swap he installed whattsApp on his device and then send messages to ur contact asking money pretending as is me.

MTN by so doing they failed to protect their clients. My contact lost money as they though their helping me.

MTN is aware and so far did nothing to stop this.
