MTN failure to deliver on promotion - duping customers

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro. MTN has a promotion which allows for accessories to be provided such as AirPods and an Apple Watch. This is a substantial benefit which is why I upgraded. Subsequently the Umhlanga MTN store agent advised I would not receive this and I should call customer care. After many emails and calls, MTN customer care advised I ask the store to raise a ticket to explain this. There is no answer to calls at the store, the agent I dealt with in the store is off from work. I have been made to run between MTN customer care, MTN sales and the MTN umhlanga branch to get the accessories I am eligible for. I upgraded for these and now due to incompetence at the store and customer care/ sales I stand to lose out on the promotion which is only run for December. I have 4 contracts with MTN and I am thinking of porting all of them as this utterly terrible service and is not something I expect from a provider I have been using for 23 years.
