MTN Failure to clear my profile

This serves as a cry for help, i had a router contract with MTN some time in 2023 & when i no longer needed it i called in to ask for contract cancellation that was never done, i reversed debit orders and eventually they handed me over to VeriCred for collections. I paid the full amount owed with VeriCred and got a paid up letter in Feb 2025 but my profile still shows “under collections” and this is affecting my credit score i cant make any credit due to this. Please help me clear my name. Tried to email mtn collections department & their response was they cant clear the name for what reason i dont understand when i have settled all that was due.
