MTN Failure

A month ago I requested that MTN Morningside Branch transfer ownership of an MTN contract from my ex- wife to myself. All docs IDs and form provided....a month later it is still not done. Escalation to area manager Craig Dorasami has not helped...I have to ask every day for feedback otherwise I get only silence. It would seem MTN does not care about their customers!
