Mtn failure

Terrible service. Lines are poor, cannot hear. Customer care seldom answers the phone. Every time you phone someone else assists, no continuity, must explain the problem again. No way to followup. Every service champion give you a different answer, but nobody solves the problem, which by the way was created by an mtn store. I don't know what to do anymore in order to solve the problems. If you go to the head office it is just as bad.
