MTN FAILS US AGAIN

I live in a very small town in the FREESTATE. ALL MTN customers have been without signal without ANY Signal since Friday 06 November 2021, ie 8 EIGHT DAYS NOW!!! When you phone the MTN coverage number, they solemnly promise to solve it ASAP. However, NOTHING improves. They blame it on loadshedding, but it is strange that Vodacom customers don't experience ANY Signal strength problems whatsoever!!!!!!!! Will MTN reimburse their customers for bundles that expired, but that customers were unable to use due to THEIR TOTAL lack of service???
