MTN fails to reconnect my data

MTN is totally unreliable. My data service was disconnected because I reached my limit. The service was never connected, even after payment. I am an MTN customer since 1994, and it is the first time I have been switched off. <br> They owe now the data of October and November. I called on Monday 12 November and the data was supposed to be loaded later that day. A week later they still owe me the data for the two months. My reference is ***. The request to the back office is ***.<br> A second, earlier problem, is that the free talk time that I had on my previous contract just disappeared when I took out a new contact in July 2015. They did not even try to explain.<br> MTN is going van good, to bad, to worse and even further down.<br> <br>
