MTN fails to meet promises

<p>Not so long ago, I has written a review on how MTN has failed to assist me in unblocking my phone. A week later I recieved a call from Alice van der Merwe from MTN and she convinced me that my problem can be fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now going for two weeks now and yet I still have the same problem. My phone still does not allow me to use other networks and I have heard nothing from Alice this whole time to update meon what is happening.</p> <p>This is really frastrating and RUDE. Why promise to help someone if at the end you know that you will not be doing anything about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm extremely dissapointed.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
