MTN fails to investigate *****

MTN has failed me by not dealing with the ***** phone contract account that was opened last year 2017 using my personal documents at a branch in Centurion. MTN has refused to close this account even though I did an affidavit, submitted my documents to lawyers up until now. ***** has been committed against me and MTN refuses to do a thorough investigation on my behalf regardless of the information they have from me and also about where this ********** situation happened. I don't advise MTN to be an efficient service provider at this point in time.
