MTN FAILS TO HONOR A CONTRACT

MTN is a worse network provider by far they can’t even honor a contract, so about a year ago I was called by an MTN representative selling a contract whereby I would get 40G daytime and 40G nighttime, everything was going well until July 2020 where I noticed with grave concern a reduction from 40G to an unbelievable 10G, and I’ve been on the phone with then almost everyday making a follow up to no one seems to know what’s going on, they all blame the change of system but the matter has been escalated to some department for further investigation. So as it is I’ve been sitting a ticket that has been opened since July. But strange enough they never forget to debit my account each month.

I mean for such a big network provider, they actually failed to honor a simple contract and making a consumer to pay for a service that they are not providing, it’s a shame!
