MTN Fails to Deliver TV Set As Per Signed Contract

I took a Cellphone Contract Upgrade at the MTN Brooklyn Design Square Store, in Pretoria, in December 2014. I selected that particular upgrade specifically because of the Television Set. I got the Phone. MTN continues to get it's monthly payments AS PER CONTRACT. However, 4 months after the contract was signed, MTN has STILL NOT DELIVERED THE TV. The attitude of staff at the store, call-centre staff and anonymous people from the company calling to follow-up on the complaint (last being on 27th February through Twitter Direct Messaging), there is still no TV delivered AS PER CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT with the company. This is not the first report on Hellopeter.com on this matter - the last report made the Store staff (Busang in particular) so angry about reporting the matter to HP that she told my son that she was not going to help us anymore. Imagine! Management at the store has a BAD ATTITUDE but never come up with answers. So we pay every month, fulfilling our contractual obligations and wait for MTN to do the same...
