MTN fails to deliver again,,,

I recently upgraded on a deal that includes a bluetooth speaker and a MTN 14gig Pass I have been trying since March to get the store to sort out the pass and speaker as I have not received both. Victor from the Queens corner store keeps promising to call me back and never does with the same excuse every time I call or visit the store. Unacceptable I have already cancelled 1 of my MTN contracts due to bad service and will do the same with one if not sorted out
