MTN fails to deliver

Hi

I have recently inquired about the black Friday deal through MTN with Samsung i have purchased a Samsung note 8 and was suppose to get a free TV as well

no consultants have notified me of claiming the TV upon enquiring with Samsung I been sent back and forth from SAMSUNG to MTN , neither of the companies advised me that the TV had to be claimed before the 30th and I have only received the devices days after

MTN please can you see to this or I will be forced to take this further up with the ombudsman . Regards Goolam Hoosain Shaik
