MTN fails again

The amount of time wasted trying to get anything out of MTN is appalling. Cannot get my roaming to work; through MULTIPLE different phone calls to their call centre and visit to their Morningside store, I am still unable to get anyone to correctly diagnose the problem, fix the problem or adhere to a promised timeframe. All the agents need training and MTN deserves to lose clients to its competitors.
