mtn failing to sim swop my number

on the 27/11/2025 l was hijacked and went to mtn shop in sandton on the same day to request suspension of my number and make a sim swop ,the representative made a sim swap without cancelling the sim which was lost and l was told to wait for 2 hours .until today the sim is not active .l am using this number for business and banking if the relevant people failing me how will i do business my number is *** is still not activated
