MTN failing to provide LTE support

Our MTN LTE has been unstable since Feb 2022. Trying to get it resolved is impossible as all responses From MTN Bussiness and Connectivity are automated or when a person does reply nothing happens further. Out LTE drops every night and randomly during the day. The ZTE router was supp**** by MTN with the SIM card. The unstable connectivity is severely affecting our business and MTN is providing no support to resolve the issue.
