mtn failing to keep their promise

i have lodged a complaint about mtn for failing to communicate with me with regards to the cancellation of my contract with them, on the 3rd of march 2016 cavin responded by saying that MTN lawyers will contact me, since then i have not been contacted, and no arrangement have been made up to so far. <br> <br> i have checked credit status and it reveals that mtn handed me to their lawyers who does not want to communicate with me. i have been trying to contact mtn since 2015 july in order to request settlement amount of my contract, so that i can cancel it, but mtn does not want to give me. i want to terminate my contract with mtn and have my name removed from credit bureau as a bad payer. please call me. please
