MTN failing to deliver router

So MTN cares about their customers until to the point they get hold of your account number for debit orders. It took MTN less than 5 minutes to respond to my request for a contract. I paid everything but it is more than a month now and I haven't received the router, I have tried to reach out to them several times, getting promises of followups which never happened. MTN if you can't deliver the router please cancel my contract. I am so ****ed off.
