MTN failing to deliver

MTN reps have been making false promises.

I called Teresa at Northgate store, she said she’ll get back to me but the “the device has been received at the repair centre” she never did that.

I called the repair centre; they cannot find my device on the system. Zandile was the consultant, she said she’ll call me back. She didn’t do that

What is this guys?
