MTN failing to cancel contract

MTN!!!!! This is the umpteenth time I am posting a review on this platform. I can see you are into the habit of responding favorably on this platform and then off this platform failing to honour your promises. Judging by all the negative reviews on here, it looks like you care less about your customers. I was interested in canceling one contract with you, but in actuality I want both my MTN contracts. I want nothing to do with a company with such appalling customer service record.
