MTN failing to cancel a ********** contract under my name

I am very fed up at MTN I am a victim of identity theft. Someone **********ly opened a cellphone contract with my identity.I reported the case with MTN,I even submitted my certified ID document and affidavit as per request from MTN.Is now more than a month and I was never contacted by MTN and I was promise that they will call me within 7 after reporting the case and also that my case will be resolved within a month. Now my credit record is being tarnished by something that is not my own doing. When my contract ends with MTN I will never subscribe to them anymore. No wonder Nigeria sued you MTN, you are highly ***********.

Up to day I never received any form of correspondence from MTN, be it telephonic, email or whatsoever. And when check balance to me the money that was **********ly incurred is still under my account. It seems like we will even cross over to 2017 without this case being resolved. This really frustrate me and *****s my peace. Maybe I should elevate it to consumer regulating bodies, perhaps I'll find closure to this nightmare.
