MTN FAILING NETWORK ***** network

I bought a BOZA gigs starter pack on the 22nd of October 2021.Its so advertised everywhere I bought mine at pep cell I Rica at pep cell bought R 100 rands worth airtime . I dialled *173 # start pack instruction everything . Got message from MTN confirm 5 day plus 5 night ..Then suddenly gone like load shedding. I pH the same moment 19:35 on the 22nd Oct .I spoke nearly 31 MTN champions already . I received over 10 tickets already .technical technical but nothing has been sorted . The network don't respond .The manager don't respond. It's the second time I'm reporting on hello Peter they fail to resolve the matter they see my money . They don't see usage of my data neither my R1 change nor what happen to my data one agent tells we pH back .the other one escalates my matter .I'm waiting now four weeks now a whole month. Today the 15 of November 2021 the champion tells the manager on leave that why he can't respond. Get new dam manager then. Further more it get said by one service agent I used the data how can you use a day and night data in the day .it lot of stupid stuff working at MTN No brains
