MTN Failing customers

Parcel ordered but fingerprints failed when RTT delivered. Now I must wait for maybe's and empty promises. So disappointed in MTN services. The device is needed urgently after a family tragedy and now we run around phoning every day without any hope of delivery. Order ***. Weekend is upon us and then they don't deliver on weekends. RTT your machines must also be looked at because the one used was full of sellotape and now it is my problem.
