Mtn failed with upgrade - cut off for 3 days

I would be careful of doing any upgrades with Mtn. Only emergency calls for 3 days. Got blacklisted for no reason no explanation and no apologies. Was just told I am up and running. Only by me going to Mtn Direct in Century City did they pick up the issue
