MTN failed to send me the recording till now while they said are available to me when I need them.

I negotiated a contract with the agent where I wanted a cellphone only with no data or minutes or airtime cause we had fibre at our home.we agreed to pay less R300 for cellphone and she said will send me recordings but when the first instalment start it was R430.i did understand cause they send 30 gigs of data an minutes.we spoke to mtn to explain our problem.

Since my first instalment of R430 understanding maybe was data that ups my payment.from February they want me to pay R814 meanwhile the past 3 month they're not putting data or minutes or airtime.

So I thinking of cancelling the deal. You help will be appreciated Thanks
