Mtn failed to respond to my concerns

Mtn has still failed to provide any feedback or response to my urgent query which I posted on 07 August 2015. 11 days have passed and MTN has to date not provided me with any suitable feedback to my concerns raised. Shocking service indeed!

Our billing team has looked at your data depletion and found the charging to be correct.
