MTN failed to cancel contract after numerous attempts

Good day,

We have called numerous number of times to try and cancel a contract on cellphone number *** but it's still not canceled and they keep on billing us. Can we please receive a refund for all those months since October 2020 until current for this contract and get this contract canceled immediately.
