MTN failed to add data bundle causing huge bills
Took out contract in Aug 2014. Added a 500MB data bundle to the contract on same day. Contract came with 250MB bundle. So, in total, my account should have been credited with 750MB every month. MTN failed to add the 500MB bundle onto my account for over a year and I've been charged outrageous out of bundle rates. Queried this and MTN reply with this message: \Please be advised that I have performed a three month reconciliation on your data query concerned below

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed resposne to your post.
We have now pwerused your account and we see that your account was credited with R1764.07 & R1050.05. The account is currently in credit with R433.07.
We've perused the account and see that the store initially loaded 2 recurring data bundles which was incorrect as once could not 2 recurring bundles on the account at the same time.
