MTN failed me

I had contract with MTN which was in arrears and was handed over to lawyers. I paid the balance November 2022 and the lawyers sent proof of payment to MTN same year.

It's been a year requesting MTN to update my record with Credit beraus but they are failing to do that and it's affecting my credtit ratings. The consultants are not professional, when I call after explaining my story they just drop the phone.I've went to MTN branches.and they just referred me to call the call centre
