MTN Failed me.

MTN You Failed me as a client!!! After paying diligently my account every month you change your system and everything goes for a ball of ****. How can one pay every month and after a year your new system decides you are paying in arrears!!!??? I want a working phone where I can phone. I am paying for that service!! Best of all you cut of my kids phones aswell. Trust me I will take this further should anything happens. So not impressed with the call center. Not sure that they know what they are doing. Endless frustration talking to them.
