MTN MAJOR FAIL

So I've been trying to upgrade my MTN contract to be told that my income was changed in their system upgrade and it was too low for the upgrade to process. You need an OTP sent to your phone/your thumbprints linked to Home Affairs to update any personal details. Since I wasn't getting an OTP, I finally went into an MTN store with my ID card where my thumb prints repeatedly failed. When the supervisor turned the screen to show me the process, the personal details displayed on my profile were those of someone unknown to me (Abdullah someone, ID no starting with 83 and an unknown cell number.)

Now the irony is that I need to have the OTP that Abdullah is receiving, or have Abdullah's thumb prints in order to have him removed from my profile.

Whether this is error from the system upgrade or *****, I don't know. But I am hugely uncomfortable and more so because no one seems able to assist me.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
