MTN FAIL
<p>MTN has got problems with its online offers that is difficult to understand. On their online shop ********** they have contract offers that you can apply for. When you click on an offer (APPLY), you do some contact detail paperwork and then you are told that someone from MTN will call you to to discuss the contract you are interested in. Rapidly, you get called, but this is where the joy ends. You get called by someone from MTN Online, who tells you that they do not have the contract offer that you selected because you app**** from a different website. Why does MTN refer an online application to someone that then tells you that the contract is not available through them? I now have a MTN online order number - ********** 7, and a call centre reference, MV ********** , and was helped by a professional individual, but am nowhere in getting this phone application sorted. </p>

Here is a lesson in business for MTN. Getting tired of your lack of response, I logged into the FNB devices page and ordered a new phone there AFTER posting my response to you here on Hello Peter yesterday. The phone is being delivered to my office TODAY. That is good business. Learn from it for your ow benefit!
