Mtn Facebook rude and still no info

After logging a complaint on hei got a message saying it was sent to the tream for update. Still not update. After contacting a Facebook agent I was rudely told I will be contacted once ready. I asked for eta etc but the agent called PT, just said I have the info I need and he will not assist any more.

I am really socked about the level of no feedback and support.
