MTN

I am very disappointed with the service I received at MTNBenmore.. I took out a contract for 2 phones in January and was told about this glorious screen protector that costs R300. I took the screen protector for one of the phone. About a week later I complained about the bubbles on my phone from the screen protector. Till this day nothing happened. When I queried recently, one guy told me that he can't do anything about it if I complained about it 2 weeks after purchase. Now another guys tells me about 6 months. No one told me about the warranty or guarantee but I was told it's the best and lasts long. I didn't think I would spend R300 on a screen protector that would last less than a year! By the way, my phone fell and managed to crack. Was not even a big fall.
