MTN

I took a contract with MTN branch Mokopane last year November 2023. So the assistant adviced me to insure the phone also.I started using the phone but it would get so hot to a point where I have to put it in the refrigerator for it to cool down.I went to the MTN Mokopane store to complain about the problem and they responded by saying “all iPhones gets heated “.came back this year march the iPhone 15 stop working!went to the store they told they can’t take the phone because I might have switched on “find my iPhone “ so I told them that it was never on there response was all customers say that we can’t fix the phone .so I told them I can’t be paying for something that is not working they were laughing at me as if I’m a joke I decided to cancel the contact ,they told me I need to pay R23000 I asked for what because iPhone has been giving problems and you said its brand new. I left the phone with them I cannot pay R23000 for something that is not working.since I left the phone there .they haven’t reached out to me but had the guts to deduct money for something I don’t have MTN is so horrible
