I have done a previous review on this company, and I still have not had any feedback from them. The only thing that happened is that my phone got suspended. This morning I phoned the customer care centre, and was highly surprised by the assistance I got from a lady named Asanda. Well mannered, and very patient with me. As a 62 old year, I don't always understand new technology. She was extremely helpfull. Thank Asanda. Mtn, you should use this lady as an example for all your emplyees.
