MTN Extremely poor service from insurance

It has been more then 2 months that I have put in a claim for a damaged screen for my phone and up untill this point i have not received a word of feedback. Worst freaking service ever. I have phoned them, mailed them, posted on their FB wall but its clear they give no ****s as long as they get their payment at month end
